We all have our lazy days. The days we refuse to move and refuse to workout. Some are lazy 24/7 (move your butt) and some are tied up with work and can’t find time to workout.

You can do these simple easy going stretches in the comfort of your bedroom; the gruelling hours over the work desk; the 16 hour flight to America or while watching Masterchef Australia (loving this season).

Hold the postures for 2-3 long breaths. Try elongating your spine and sucking your belly in. You can sit anyway you feel like, or stand if you don’t have a place to sit. Please do both sides. If you are doing it in a public place and people are staring at you, then you ought to take a picture and tag me on instagram or twitter (just kidding or may be not 🙂 )
These poses help you improve your posture, strengthens the back and abdominal muscles, completely relaxes your tired back , a good pre and post stretch routine and last but not the least opens up the lungs. No instructions required, just follow the images
